3 Brush Fires Extinguished Near 210/118 Freeway Interchanges
The Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters put out the flames that were burning at 12630 West Paxton Street in Pacoima.

NORTHRIDGE, CA – The brush fires that were burning at 12630 West Paxton Street in Pacoima have been extinguished by 64 Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters. LAFD air and ground resources responded to three separate areas of burning grass and vegetation totaling half of an acre along the 210/118 Freeway Interchange near the Paxton Park & Ride parking lot.
Crews are expected to remain on-scene for approximately 30 minutes, but no structures were threatened. Los Angeles County Fire Department and ANF assisted with resources. No injuries were reported. The cause of the flames is unknown. according to LAFD.
