Baby Abducted In San Fernando Valley: LAPD

Authorities are asking for help finding 19-month-old Kyra Mangayayam, last seen in the Winnetka​ area.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A baby girl was abducted Tuesday in the Winnetka area, and she is believed to be with her mother, who does not have custody, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Authorities are asking for help finding 19- month-old Kyra Mangayayam. The child was last seen at 1:15 p.m Tuesday in the 20200 block of Keswick Street in Winnetka.

"Kyra was taken by her mother known as Diana Robles, who does not have custody rights," the LAPD said in a written release.

Kyra has brown hair, brown eyes, stands at 2 feet tall, 5 inches tall and weighs about 35 pounds. She was last seen wearing a grey long-sleeve shirt, red pants, and white socks with pink toes.

Diana Robles has black hair, and brown eyes, 5 feet 2 inches tall. She was last seen wearing a grey sweater, black pants, and black shoes. She is driving a White 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback with the license plate number: 9ARV684.
