8:00pm to 8:45pm--- Mark Brainard          www.markbrainard.com
Mark was born into music. His father was a big band musician who played with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra. Mark has played in a classic rock band for 30 years around the L.A. area, and is also a singer songwriter who loves a good hook. He released a folk pop CD “Life In Java” in 2005 with duet partner Tim Russell. He has now just authored his first book “A Musician’s Son” (lyrics, poems, and memoirs) and will be sharing songs and stories close to his heart. Think British folk meets Southern California.

Jack Thorne is a singer-songwriter as well as a song interpreter. His influences are legion but, Van Morrison, Wilco, and The Fab Four are at the top. He performs here and there around his native SFV area and also collaborates regularly with Brainard & Russell's, Mark Brainard in the Jealous Minds project, which is currently interpreting Simon & Garfunkel's ’”Bridge Over Troubled Water” LP. Jack hopes to begin recording his first CD in the near future. Stay tuned...
