2 Killed In Chatsworth Crash Between Bike And Car

NORTHRIDGE-CHATSWORTH, CA — Two people died in a traffic collision between a car and a bicycle Tuesday evening, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Police responded to a collision at 9500 North Lurline Avenue at about 7:25 p.m. and determined both individuals to be dead on the scene, according to LAFD. The accident was originally reported as a hit and run, the department said.

It was unclear as of 7:40 p.m. Tuesday whether the individuals who died were on the bike.
