Come “Back to Bethlehem,” a re-creation of the time, place, sights and sounds of ancient Bethlehem on the night of the first Christmas.
- Chat with craftsmen and tradesmen
- “Buy” crafts as well as authentic foods (with your provided shekels).
- Talk with shepherds and wise men about their own journeys.
- Try to avoid the menacing Roman soldiers.
- Stroll the streets and encounter carpenters, masons, basket weavers, leatherworkers and, of course, Mary and Joseph with their newborn baby.
Come and go as you please between 7:00 to 9:00.
