Established in 2000 under the auspices of the China Radio, Film and Television Bureau, the China Philharmonic Orchestra performs under the baton of Artistic Director Long Yu. The orchestra's outstanding musicians come from China and abroad. The orchestra will perform Berlioz's Roman Carnival Overture, Ravel's Bolero, Bruch's Violin Concerto, Borodin's Polovtsian March from Prince Igor and Puccini's Preludio simfonico.
