The Cinema Heritage Project and City Councilmember Mitchell Englander will present a free outdoor showing of MGM's classic musial, "The Wizard of Oz" at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, at Shadow Ranch Park, 22533 Vanowen St. in West Hills.
The screeing will take place in front of the historic house where Florence Ryerson lived when she wrote many of the key scenes of the beloved family favorite.
