WHAT:            Annual Fundraiser – Our Lady of Lourdes Fall Festival

The three-day Our Lady of Lourdes Festival will feature entertainment, thrill rides, kids rides, delicious international food booths, bingo, games, baked goods, homemade gifts, a silent auction and raffle with a top prize of $5,000.

Entertainment will include several bands ranging from Bluegrass and Jazz to rock covers. Featured bands include The Silverados (Country Rock), Boomerang (Motown), Bobby Perino Orchestra (big band swing music), and Ticket to Ride (Beatles tribute band). The festival will feature dance performances from Aloha Hula Polynesian, as well as the TROLL Players (Theatre Repertoire Our Lady of Lourdes).

 

Thrill rides from Shamrock Shows* include The Zipper, Sea Dragon, Century Wheel, Casino, Himalaya, and the Drop Tower! And for the kids, there’s the Fun Slide, Apple Seed, Baja Buggies and MORE!!!

 

Raffle tickets are a donation of $2 each or a book of 25 tickets for $40. The 1st prize in the Festival Grand Raffle is $5,000, 2nd prize is $1,000, 3rd prize is $500, 4th prize is $250 and 5th prize is $100.

 

WHEN:             Friday, October 12, 2012 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

                        Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

                        Sunday, October 14, 2012 from Noon to 8 p.m.

 

WHERE:             Our Lady of Lourdes

WHY:             All proceeds from this event are used for the enrichment of the children that attend Our Lady of Lourdes School by not only providing them the state-required education, but by providing them opportunities in music, art, computers and athletics – programs that many schools have had to eliminate due to funding.
