Transient Stabs Fast Food Worker At Winnetka Jack In The Box: LAPD
The stabbing followed an argument involving a person who wanted to go inside the closed restaurant, according to police.
LOS ANGELES — A Jack in the Box employee was stabbed overnight outside the restaurant in Los Angeles, according to police.
The incident occurred around 2:20 a.m. Tuesday in the 6800 block of De Soto Avenue in the Winnetka neighborhood, police said. A man approached the business and wanted to go inside, but the restaurant was already closed, according to police, who said an argument occurred and the worker was stabbed.
The employee’s wounds did not appear to be life-threatening, police said, adding the suspect was not found and the weapon remained outstanding.

The suspect was described as a male transient, wearing a black shirt and dark shorts and carrying a large camping backpack, KTLA reported.
“We are aware of the senseless attack that took place outside a Winnetka, California Jack in the Box this morning," the fast food chain said in a prepared statement.
