Police and the family of a missing North Hills teen are asking for help finding the at-risk child.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Police and the family of a missing 13-year-old girl are asking for the public's help finding the child.
Angelina Lopez was last seen at her home in North Hills Monday night. She disappeared, leaving behind a note that alarmed her family, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
"Angelina's mother discovered a note she believed was written by Angelina, that indicated she is depressed and might harm herself," the LAPD said in a written statement.

Angelina is about 5-feet-6 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, and has long black hair and brown eyes.
On Tuesday morning, Angelina’s mother left home to go to work, believing Angelina was in bed sleeping. Angelina’s mother received some text messages from Angelina during the day, including one regarding a scheduled doctor appointment that afternoon, but when her mother came home at 1 p.m. to pick up her daughter, Angelina was gone. None of her friends had seen her either, according to police.

Angelina is known to frequent the area of Rayen Street and Memory Park Avenue in North Hills.
