Man With Depression Reported Missing In Mission Hills Since January

Authorities in the San Fernando Valley are asking for help finding 47-year-old Oscar Gerardo Santos, who was last seen Jan. 31.

MISSION HILLS, CA — A 47-year-old man who authorities said has been diagnosed with depression and was last seen in Mission Hills was reported missing Monday.

Oscar Gerardo Santos was last seen at approximately 11:10 p.m. Jan. 31 on the 15000 block of Rinaldi Street, near the Golden State (5) Freeway and Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, according to the Sheriff's Information Bureau.

Santos is Latino, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, has gray hair, brown eyes and missing teeth. He seen wearing a red sweater, gray sweatpants and black and red shoes. Authorities say he may be driving a white 2007 Toyota RAV4 with a California license plate 8NGZ384.

Anyone who has seen Santos or knows of his whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff's Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous calls can be made to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or at lacrimestoppers.org.
