Missing 19-Month-Old Found Safe, Mother Arrested: CHP

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the 19-month-old was taken by her mother, who does not have custody.

LOS ANGELES, CA — The baby girl who was abducted Tuesday in the Winnetka area has been found safe and her mother has been arrested, California Highway Patrol confirmed late Wednesday.

The Endangered Missing Advisory has been deactivated, authorities said.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the 19-month-old was taken by her mother, who does not have custody.
