Police Seek Help Finding Fugitive San Fernando Valley Murder Suspect
Savin Seng is suspected of shooting to death a man in North Hills.
NORTH HILLS, CA — Police are asking for help finding a fugitive wanted in connection with the shooting death of a 20-year-old man in the San Ferndando Valley.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department detectives, 38-year-old Savin Seng shot and killed Gabriel Isiguzo in the early morning hours of March 7, 2022 in North Hills. Police released images of Seng Wednesday in hopes that someone who knows where he is will come forward.
Isiguzo was killed after a altercation with Seng at a nightclub in the 8300 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard, according to police. Police were called to the scene at about 2 a.m., and they found Isiguzo in an ambulance suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed by paramedics took to a hospital where he died.

Seng faces murder charges.
He is described as a 5-foot-8-inches tall, weighing 160 pounds. He has multiple tattoos on his arms and body. He should be considered armed and dangerous, according to police.
