Police Seek Help Finding Winnetka Hit & Run Driver
Authorities hope someone has information about a driver who severely injured a motorcyclist and then fled the scene in Winnetka.
WINNETKA, CA — Los Angeles police asked for the public's help Thursday to find a hit-and-run driver who collided with a motorcycle back in October in Winnetka that severely injured the rider.
The crash took place about 6:25 a.m. on October 15, at the intersection of Saticoy Street and De Soto Avenue.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department's Valley Traffic Division, the motorcyclist was headed north on De Soto Avenue when the collision occurred, police said.

A rear bumper of a 2000 or 2001 silver or gray Toyota Camry was recovered at the scene, police reported.
The motorcyclist was hospitalized with severe injuries, police said.
