Rockpointe Community Condos and Townhomes

Sometimes I get impressed with an area and I just have to blog about it. Today that neighborhood is Rockpointe Community in Chatsworth. Surrounded by parks, hiking, rock climbing, equestrian trails and views of the Santa Susana Historic Park this 739 unit complex is a great place to call home.

The Rockpointe Community is sited on 90 acres, 54 of which are common areas that boast a clubhouse, four pools, verdant grounds, meandering paths and mature trees. The community was built in phases from 1969 to 1980 and features both condos and townhomes with two to five bedrooms and ranging in size from 1,042 to 2,138 square feet.

Rockpointe prices range from about $350,000 for a bedroom, 2 bath condo with 1,288 square feet to $450,000 for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome with 2,138 square feet. The average sale price per square foot is $246
