San Fernando Valley: Say Hello To Your New Dave & Buster's
The eatery with food, drinks and arcade games opens this month at Northridge Fashion Center.

NORTHRIDGE, CA – A new Dave & Buster’s, billed as an "entertainment destination" with a full-service restaurant, sports bar, arcade and video games, is set to open at 10 a.m. Monday, July 30 at Northridge Fashion Center.
The San Fernando Valley's first Dave & Buster's will be a 50,000-square-foot operation, located at the mall at 9301 Tampa Ave., with more than 140 arcade games, as well as a chef-crafted menu and unique cocktail offerings, including fan-favorites "Adult Snow Cones," the frozen, blended "Frose" and a strawberry margarita with strawberry-flavored ice cubes.
Menu specialties include Chicken & Waffle Sliders, Philly Cheesesteak Sliders, steaks, ribs, Street Tacos and the Brookie Sundae Tower, a dessert extravaganza with a giant chocolate brownie and chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauces.(See menu here.)

While much of the staff already is hired, according to management, the eatery does have some jobs still posted on its website. (Details here.)
On Wednesdays, after the opening, Dave & Buster's will host "1/2 Price Wednesday," meaning games are half-price all day.

Other weekly specials: Happy Hour, Monday through Friday from 3:45 p.m. to 7 p.m. with $3, $4 & $5 cocktails; Late Night Happy Hour, Sundays through Thursdays 10 p.m. to midnight with $2.50 domestic pints, $1 22-ounce drafts, $1 off glasses of wine and $3 off bottles; and 2 For Tuesday with $2 tacos and $2 beers.
The Northridge site joins other Dave & Buster's Southland locales in Arcadia, Torrance, Hollywood, Westchester, Orange, Ontario and Irvine.
