Jan.1st Santa Susana Pass State Historic Park Hike

Free Family friendly event that provides an opportunity to start the Year on the right foot.

Kick off the 2016 New Year on the right foot !
Show America you LOVE your Santa Susana Pass State Historic Park - SSPSHP .
Begin the New Year rejuvenating and connecting with the outdoors by taking a healthy hike on January 1, 2016, 11am.
First Day Hikes offer a great way to get outside, exercise, enjoy nature and welcome the New Year with friends and family and learn the area history .
Where: The SSPSHP Hike meets at the Andora Trail Head - 9955 Andora St. just South of Lassen.

When: 11AM, January 1st 2016

Difficulty: Moderate -we will stay in the lower part of the park– allow 2 to 3 hours .

This Park is primitive - No Toilets.

Bring water, wear sturdy closed toe shoes, hats and sunscreen are always good.

Trained California State Parks Volunteers will lead this hike.

Well behaved dogs with owners on leash are welcome.
