Several Injured In Canoga Park Pileup

One person was trapped in the wreckage at at the intersection of Canoga Avenue and Saticoy Street Thursday.

CANOGA PARK, CA — Several people were injured in a six-vehicle pileup in Canoga Park Thursday evening.

One person had to be freed from the wreckage of the crash, and at least two people were taken to area hospitals, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. Fox11 reported that six people were injured in the collision.

The crash was reported at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Canoga Avenue and Saticoy Street, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.

The cause of the collision remained under investigation.
