Tesla Crashes Into Cafe At Target In Simi Valley Leaving 1 Dead, 5 Injured: Report

SIMI VALLEY, CA — One person is dead and five people were injured after a Tesla crashed into a cafe at a Target shopping center in Simi Valley Monday afternoon.

The crash was reported at a Target store at 51 Tierra Rejada Road, according to the Simi Valley Police Department.

Ventura County fire officials told KTLA firefighters responded to the scene around 2:30 p.m. and found six people hurt, including one person who died at the scene.

One person was transported to a hospital in critical condition, and the other four victims sustained minor injuries and were transported to a local hospital.
