CANYON COUNTRY, CA — The Tick Fire in Santa Clarita's Canyon Country has forced thousands to flee Friday after hopping the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway. The wind-driven blaze has burned nearly 4,000 acres since breaking out Thursday afternoon.
