Two Chatsworth High School Students Rushed to Hospital
Paramedics were called to the school after the students got sick.

At least two Chatsworth High School students were taken to a hospital today after eating “a food item” provided by another student, authorities said.
Paramedics were sent to 10027 Lurline Ave. at 12:13 p.m., said the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Brian Humphrey.
Humphrey said paramedics examined several students and transported at least two of them to the hospital. Their condition did not appear to be life- threatening, Humphrey said.

“One student purchased a food item from another student on campus and shared it with four of his friends, said Monica Carazo of the Los Angeles Unified School District. “That makes five students that had a reaction, possibly food poisoning.”
Carazo said two of the students were taken to the hospital.
