Valley Man Terrorizes Neighbors With Naked Antics: Report

LOS ANGELES, CA — Residents in one San Fernando Valley neighborhood say one of their neighbors has been terrorizing them for years, many times while naked.

KTLA reported that the man lives on 7700 block of Garden Grove Avenue in Reseda. His neighbors say he often exposes himself from a bedroom window in view of children and has made repeated threats over the years.

“He’s screaming, he’s hanging out in the window, naked, shaking his penis at everybody,” one neighbor said. “Everybody here is terrorized about this guy. He laughs. The cops come. We’ve heard they had over 200 calls.”
