Join Carl Heyward for a six-hour workshop that will enrich the participant's art practice no matter their primary medium. This workshop
introduces a variety of techniques, modes of thought and practices
developed by Heyward himself. The goal of this class is to utilize
diverse found, existing and discovered elements (paint, print elements,
canvas, photographs, chance, and manipulation) toward the discovery and
development of unique works.
Carl Heyward is an instructor in MFA program at Academy of Art University and a SFAI Artists' Committee Board Member. He is also a recipient of NEA Grants and Fellowships in Arts Administration and an active and influential participant in New Genre and Collaborative Arts.
