MB-ACT is a small group experience that uses meditation and guided imagery to help replace excessive with calm self-awareness and acceptance.
Train to A C T more intentionally and respond more skillfully to difficult thought patterns and emotional challenges including:
Anxiety
Depression
Addictive urges
Recurring Relationship Challenges
4 Friday evening sessions - 6:30 - 8:00 pm
