The
College of Marin Orchestra Spring Concert features
favorite works from the classical repertoire such as Bach’s playful and
energetic Brandenburg Concerto No. 2 for
flute, oboe, violin, trumpet and strings; and the beautiful suite from Pelléas et Mélisande by Fauré. The
concert, under the direction of Tara
Flandreau, concludes with the cheerful and light-hearted Symphony No. 8, by Beethoven.
