The San Marin High All Sports Boosters is hosting the Aug. 10 send off for Mustangs baseball coach Mark Whitburn, who is retiring after 28 seasons at the helm.
The ceremony will start at 3 p.m. at the San Marin gym followed by a reception at Indian Valley Golf Club with a no-host bar at 5 p.m. and dinner at 6 p.m. The choice of entree is salmon, tri-tip or BBQ chicken at a cost of $28.
