FUNdamental Field Hockey Camp

The City of Novato Parks and Recreation presents camps for children ages 7-9 and 10-13.  "FUNdamental Field Hockey" Developed from and based on the fundamental program offered by USA Field Hockey, our introductory program is great for beginners and intermediate players who want to work on their fundamental skillsets. This program will prepare you to participate in league and school play without the stress of having to perform and compete. It's all about the FUN! We teach the fundamentals around proper grip and posture, ball control, receiving and trapping, passing and tackling. Come out and join our experienced staff as we introduce you to the great game of Field Hockey.
