Gentle Tibetan Yoga for Healing

Tibetan Yoga techniques can be easily tailored to accommodate disabilities and injuries.

In this workshop we will take the time to adapt gentle movement exercises as appropriate to allow participation without strain. And we will use breath, self-massage, sound and the power of visualization to help get our energy flowing in areas where movement is limited or painful. The goal of the workshop is to promote healing and vitality, through the deep relaxation possible with Kum Nye practice.

Cost: $80, includes a vegetarian buffet lunch. Instructor: Donna Morton. This
workshop is appropriate for those with many types of physical
limitations. Please call to speak with the instructor (who is also a
trained physical therapist) in advance if you are unsure if the workshop
is right for you.

Make it a mini retreat!  Participants may arrange to stay overnight in
one of the Institute’s comfortable guest rooms for an additional $45
per night. As a retreatant overnight workshop guests are offered
complimentary Sunday morning meditation and Tibetan Yoga class.
