In two free workshops you can gain a better understanding of what to expect when you go out to buy a new home, and when you set forth to sell one you have lived in for years.
At 11am we'll address any questions you have about selling: how to "fix it", "clean it", what the contract and negotiations will look like, what strategies you can consider to stay at the top of the "curve".
At 1pm, the focus changes to buying a house, how to qualify for a loan, how to put your financial life in order so that if you aren't qualified today, you WILL know how to qualify next year, or two years from now. What inspections cost, why you need them, understand the contracts and negotiations from a buyers point of view, so you come out with hope and a new home.
No cost, we won't sign you up for obligations, come and learn come again.
The second-Saturday of every month we'll repeat both classes.
Co-Hosted by Laura Fritz-Paul, Realtor at Century21 (BRE#1936494) and Robert Rasp, mortgage broker at AWM.
