A woman reported being raped on July 23 and said she was afraid to return home for fear that her attack would be waiting for her there. Police responded, but could not find anyone. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Someone broke into the records room at Marin Oaks High School on July 22. It’s not clear if anything was taken.

A woman was robbed in the 100 block of Rowland Boulevard just as she was opening the front door to her home on July 20. According to police, someone approached the woman from behind and hit her, making her lose conscience. When the woman came to, she realized the suspect took $150 from her.

Four cars were broken into in the 100 block of Harbor Drive on July 20.

Zachery Ahmet Mazici, 23, of Brentwood, was arrested July 19 on charges of colliding with several parked cars while driving under the influence of medications on Bolling Circle near Tinker Way. 

A resident of Bay Vista apartments reported child molestation and prostitution going on at the Hamilton apartment complex July 19. An investigation is ongoing.

A woman lost $800 after someone phoned her, saying her grandson had been in an accident and needed money for the hospital. The woman wired money overseas, but later realized she had been defrauded. People warn residents to never send money after being solicited by unknown people.

Someone ripped out a tree and dumped green paint over a mural at San Jose Middle School on July 19.
