Well Well--The Incumbent Journal saw fit today to publish in its entirety--Susan Adams Exit speech. Isn't that nice of them--giving a loser a little ink? The previous day in the "Letter's to the Censor--er I mean Editor"---There was Judy Arnolds 5 line acceptance speech---"thanks...." Just about as much content as her margin of victory---little to none.
So my question today is--will Toni Shroyer get any ink at all from the IJ? Or will the Incumbent Journal true to its biass, sell short any proclamation that there was indeed a contest for the 5th district in Novato!
Will Toni have the opportunity to spell out, in print available to all citizens of Marin, the fact that she did question the motives of Judy and in fact all the Supervisors! That she like cream rising to the top---came within a hair's breadth of upsetting the status quo. That she was the voice of the people---muzzled by the media---ignored by our ever so enlightened journalists. Not a story one in the final day's of the race. In fact they spent the front page ink on the Adams contest and completely ignored Novato.

Our local Media should be proud that they did cause a loss to the people of Marin--by shutting down voices and ideas that did not align with their idea of what should be--the days of "reporting" in Marin have given way to the days of "influence" and a sad day that is for you and me.
