Raise fund for Novato Schools, Public and Private schools both - participate in Tour of Novato, Novato Schools' Largest Fundriaser, May 2nd

Join us in Tour of Novato and Community Fair, the largest fundraiser for Novato School Fuel, the Novato Foundation for Public Education, scheduled for May 2nd, 2015 at Novato City Green and City Hall grounds.

The fundraiser for Novato’s schools will be held again this year on Sherman Ave., next to Novato City Hall. The event will feature educational games, showcase performances by Novato Unified School District students and we will have slides, inflatables and games for the students. Various departments from City of Novato, such as Parks, Recreation and Community Services, Building Department, etc will participate in the event while Novato Police Department will have their annual open house next door. Special agencies in Novato, such as Novato Sanitary District/Veolia, Novato Disposal, Novato Water District, etc, will all participate.

As was in past years, the participants will be walking and visiting Old Town Novato businesses and taking various bike rides throughout the city and rural roads of West Marin and Southern Sonoma Counties (West Marin Metric Century Ride).

As we all know, good schools help build strong, healthy community, which in turn strengthens our community, local businesses and professional community; and the reverse is true.

Tour of Novato and CommunityFair would not have been successful without our enthusiastic students, parents, teachers, staff, and community members who participate in the event; generous donations from our community supporters; the tireless volunteers for working at the events and our business sponsors for sponsoring us!
