Kinsey Guts Levine's Reduced Housing Density Senate Bill

Supervisor Steve Kinsey stabbed Novato in the back again. According to Dick Spotswood’s 27 Aug 14 piece in the incumbent journal aka the Marin IJ Kinsey lobbied President Pro Tem Darrel Steinberg to kill the bill. Having been caught in the act he tried to put a good face on this political disaster with a press release.  It did not work as Kinsey once again comes across as a liar to the public.

Even more interesting is Novato Supervisor Judy Arnold’s deafening silence on the matter. Having barely survived her recent election and only with the help of huge out-of-district donations, Arnold’s silence confirms what many have known for a long time. She has moved so far to the left of her constituency in Novato they no longer listen to her ranting about the bogeymen Tea Party members hiding in the bushes.
