Program is on Saturday, Sept 28 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Human beings long for sanity, compassion, and inspiration in their lives. According to the Shambhala teachings, these longings spring from basic human goodness—the dignity and wakefulness that is our birthright. At Shambhala Training, we discover our basic goodness through the practice of mindfulness-awareness meditation. This simple yet profound meditation technique can benefit anyone of any background.
