New Construction Habitat for Humanity Homes Approved in Novato
Mt. Burdell Place will be built within walking distance of Novato's downtown.
Habitat for Humanity will build 10 single family homes in Novato, receiving final approval from City County earlier this week.
The homes will be built on Fourth Street within walking distance of downtown.
"With Bay Area home prices pushing more and more working families out of the area, Mt. Burdell Place is one of the few options families have to purchase a home, build equity and receive financial security," said Phillip Kilbridge, CEO of Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco.
To qualify for the new homes in Novato, a family of four needs to make between $41,200 and $82,400.
