Non-profits are businesses – Novato Theater is a volunteer business with IRS tax reporting and it is a boon for Novato. Non-profits are supposed to use almost 80 % of their funds for their association and 20% for administration costs- however, some use less and the info is supposed to be available in their auditing systems.
