Cooper’s Public Market, a one of a kind indoor market selling locally sourced, sustainably raised produce, meats, eggs, and cheese (plus other staples and delicacies), will open in Novato on January 25, 2014.
Coopers Public Market is a small, family-owned shop that is committed to buying produce and meat directly from farmers and ranchers located within 30 miles of Novato. Cheese, honey, olive oil, baked goods and other delicacies sourced directly from local artisans will round out the offerings.
Cooper’s seeks to provide the community with a place where customers can develop a personal relationship with the family-owned farms and businesses that produce the food they put on their tables.
