Paving Vineyard From Sutro south to Wilson

I was under the impression that they were going to skim coat or pave this section of Vineyard from Sutro down past Sinaloa School to Wilson, but I haven't seen any progress pertaining to this yet.  Does anyone know when this will be done.  This is by far the worst street in Novato......Get er done.......Just saying....
