On Tuesday, the City Council will:
- Consider Consent Calendar items including:
- a request to increase the # of members on the Streetscape Advisory Committee as well as rename the Committee
- approve plans and authorize bidding for Measure A pavement rehab and roadway work
- adopting mid-year amendments to the FY 13-14 Operating & Capital Budget
- Consider the following General Business items:
- an ordinance regulating the use of single-use carryout bags
- amending zoning code to allow religious facilities in certain commercial districts and easing restrictions on ground-floor uses in the Downtown
