The first place San Rafael Pacifics baseball team (41-14) hosted the East Bay Lumberjacks Saturday at Albert Field.
A special adoption of pets and a wonderful show featuring Animal Planet's (SAVED) Patrick Major and Sammy Davis, (http://www.contracostatimes.com/news/ci_15121753) along with many other disc dog performers made it a great day. Owner Mike Shapiro created a fun venue for enjoying professional baseball in San Rafael.
The local community support led by student interns, many are current or former students at Marin Catholic High School. A family atmosphere that puts us - closer to the game.
A wonderful day of fun in the sun, great animals stories, and great baseball. Buy your tickets: http://pacificsbaseball.com/schedule/promos/. Thank you to the Pacifics for thinking community first!
