Two Vacancies on Marin Women's Commission
Openings representing Districts 1 and 4

The following is a news release from the County of Marin:
The application deadline is 5 p.m. September 19 for two vacancies on the Marin Women’s Commission. The appointing authority is the Marin County Board of Supervisors.
The openings are to represent District 1 (downtown San Rafael, Terra Linda, Lucas Valley, Marinwood, Santa Venetia) and District 4 (West Marin, West Novato, San Geronimo, San Rafael Canal Area, Corte Madera, Homestead Valley).

The Women’s Commission represents women and girls of diverse backgrounds and circumstances and advocates for equality through policy, education and collaboration. The 11-member commission has two representatives from each supervisorial district as well as one appointment from the county at large.
