4 Vehicles Damaged In Traffic Accident In Oceanside

OCEANSIDE, CA — A four-vehicle traffic collision left two overturned on a residential street in Oceanside, authorities said Tuesday.

The accident occurred around 4 p.m. Monday when the driver of a gray Honda fell asleep at the wheel and collided with a parked Toyota pickup. A Dodge pickup and Toyota SUV were also damaged near the intersection of Lake Boulevard and Mira Monte Drive, according to the Oceanside Police Department.

The Toyota pickup was turned over on its side, while the Honda was overturned. All the vehicles except for the Honda were unoccupied and parked at the time of the accident, according to News Flash Media.

The name of the driver was not immediately available.

No injuries were immediately reported.
