OCEANSIDE, CA — Police were asking for the public's help Tuesday finding a 90-year-old man who has dementia and a language disability.

Dean Meyer was described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall, about 165 pounds, with white hair. He walks slowly with a cane, according to the Oceanside Police Department.

Meyer was last seen wearing a black hat, dark jacket, gray pants and navy-colored shoes.
