Keiser had just returned home after buying a pizza from the Domino's Pizza at 301 Mission in downtown Oceanside, according to police. Police asked for any witnesses who may have seen Keiser in or around the pizza shop or witnessed
anything suspicious in the area.

Witnesses described the suspect vehicle as a small, dark-colored four-door sedan with a single red light bar across the trunk, similar to a 2013-2016 Dodge Dart.

Police were also investigating whether the killing was linked to a Feb. 27, 2016, attempted shooting near Palomar College in San Marcos.

Anyone with information about the case was asked to call the department's Investigation Tip Line at 760-435-4573 or San Diego County Crime Stoppers' anonymous tip line at 888-580-8477.

The $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible, up from $11,000 days ago, includes $1,000 from San Diego County Crime Stoppers and a larger contribution from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, officials said.
