OCEANSIDE, CA — A Walmart and nearby stores were evacuated after police received a report about possible bombs Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
Police received a call around 4:30 p.m. from an anonymous source saying there were bombs inside of a Walmart on Vista Way, according to Oceanside Police Department.
Officers evacuated the Walmart and nearby stores to investigate if there was a credible threat, said Gina Avalos, a spokesperson for Oceanside Police Department.
