Christmas Tree Pick-Up In Oceanside: How To Recycle Your Tree
Ready to take down your Christmas tree? Here's how you can get it recycled in Oceanside.

OCEANSIDE, CA — As the holiday season comes to an end, Waste Management of North County is helping Oceanside residents easily recycle their Christmas trees. The company is offering curbside pick-up.
Waste Management reminded residents to remove all decorations, including tinsel, lights, ornaments and tree stands. When possible, residents should cut down the tree so that it fits inside the green waste container. Trees taller than 6 feet must be cut in half and placed next to the green waste container.
Flocked trees cannot be recycled and must be disposed of through regular trash service, according to Waste Management. Flocked trees should fit into the trash cart, with the lid closed for collection.
