City Of Oceanside Wants Your Feedback About Future Dog Parks
Take the Dog Facilities Study survey and tell the City of Oceanside the most favorable location and amenities for a dog park facility.
OCEANSIDE, CA — Do you know the perfect spot for a dog park in Oceanside?
The City of Oceanside is looking for your input. After the closure of the San Diego Humane Society dog park, the City is evaluating potential sites to locate a place for our furry friends, within an existing/planned City park. As part of this study, a survey is being conducted to get input from Oceanside residents to determine the most favorable location and amenities for a potential future dog park facility.
Questions include asking residents for their feedback on the best locations for Dog Parks including adding to existing parks, what features are most and least important, how far people will travel to a Dog Park in the city, if they'd be willing to pay a fee or volunteer. How many dogs and their size, etc.
