Emergency Rental And Utility Assistance Program For SD County

OCEANSIDE, CA — There are three new programs available for Oceanside residents to assist with rental and utility payments to ease the financial burden for renters with earnings below 80% of the Area Median Income or those who experienced a loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The County’s Emergency Rent and Utilities Assistance Program 2021 serves all areas of the San Diego region (except for the cities of San Diego and Chula Vista who have their own programs). All other residents in the region can apply to the program administered by the County of San Diego.

Applications will be accepted until funds are no longer available.
