Prepare for the birth of your baby. This course will cover hospital procedures, c-section information, active relaxation exercises, breathing techniques, choices in pain relief medicine and postpartum care. The class is recommended before the fifth month of pregnancy.
Can choose five-week (begins May 17, July 6), three-week (April 29, June 3, July 12) or weekend (May 21, June 11, July 23) options for length of the course. Check web site for days and times.
Admission: $55-$65, depending on length of class.
