The Parish and Mission of San Luis Rey invite the community to celebrate "The Great Procession of the Saint" in honor of their patron saint, St. Louis IX, King of France on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.
The celebration begins with a Mass in the Serra Center at 5:30 p.m. The Great Procession will occur immediately after Mass, and the festivities will continue throughout the evening with Aztec dancers, fireworks, and live music. The celebration is free and open to the public. The Mission is located at 4050 Mission Ave. in Oceanside.
